All products available at PEAR FINE JEWELRY Store are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States, Brazil, and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Purchases made by credit card are processed within 3 business days, and purchases made by bank slip within 7 business days.

The delivery time throughout Brazil is 20 - 60 days, but our customers usually receive their orders in an average of 30 business days.

In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and other situations beyond our control. The delivery time varies according to the agility of the Post Office, which can vary greatly from region to region.

If the stipulated deadline passes without the receipt of the merchandise, we will contact the agents involved in the process (carriers, customs, and Post Office) to find out where your merchandise is. However, if the merchandise is not received within 120 days, we will provide a FULL refund of your purchase!

Despite the extended delivery time, we guarantee that you will love it and it will be worth the wait! And if you don't love it when it arrives, we also have a return policy so that you are not dissatisfied in any way.

Please note that you may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, rest assured that this is completely normal.

Order Tracking: After the international dispatch of your merchandise, you will receive a tracking code in your email or cell phone number provided in the registration. (Tracking information may take up to 7 days to be available for consultation)

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Undelivered packages - Incorrect address or failure to answer by the recipient

PEAR FINE JEWELRY will arrange for the shipment of products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid impediments to the delivery of your order, we ask for attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order, so that it is not filled in incorrectly or incompletely. Our system automatically processes orders based on the address provided. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

It is important that you provide means for the delivery to be made to the address registered on your order. After 3 (three) delivery attempts and the return of the product to the Post Office, you will have to pick up the order at the nearest Post Office. All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient should pick up the package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the tracking of the order, which can be followed on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store. Storage fees are charged if not withdrawn within 7 consecutive days. If the recipient of the package does not pick it up, as per Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and the customer will need to pay a new shipping fee for the re-sending of the product. If the customer decides to cancel the purchase and does not accept the resend, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded, minus the shipping fee (even if the item was purchased with Free Shipping) since the store was charged twice for shipping, once for sending it to the requested address and once for the return to the supplier.

In some cases, there may be no postman attending the address, so it is necessary for the customer to pick up the merchandise at the nearest Post Office to their address, which will be indicated on the tracking page on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store

Recipient Absent

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts for the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office, and in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to pick it up at the Post Office, within 7 consecutive days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

There may be a slight variation in color due to each user's monitor, which may change the real color of the product by one to two tones (lighter or darker).

Customs: Our store handles all the necessary documentation so that the product can be sent to your home without charges. Cases of taxed products are rare but can occur. The amount will be paid by the buyer at the time of product withdrawal at the Post Office. This amount is reimbursable in credits for new purchases in the store.
